$400 Hourly Fee Legal Services

When appropriate, all fees are quoted at flat fee prices which are paid for upfront and the quoted amount is billed regardless of the actual amount of time spent.

Unfortunately, many legal matters do not lend themselves to an accurate estimation of the time and money required for their resolution. Expenses related to making an appearance in a case, litigation, discovery, and office actions can be particularly hard to estimate. As a consequence, legal services that cannot be accurately given a flat fee are charged at an hourly rate exclusive of costs and fees, with complex cases requiring an initial retainer. Clients pay all out-of-pocket costs as they are incurred.

Because I operate with minimal overhead and contract out work that can be done cheaper I can provide my services to the public at prices even small firms can’t match. My business is based on providing a better product at a cheaper price.
